Cherry Chocolate Cheetah outfit problem

Tonight DD and I started changing the girls to get them ready for the new album we're making of the other girls' arrivals. Anyway, taking the Cherry Choc Cheetah off of Ami, the little red stones in her printed collar piece came rolling out of the faux broach! 5 of them!

Just wanted to warn everyone else who has it!

I don't think Elmer's glue would work here and I don't have a hot glue gun.

I put the little stone pieces in a baggie and I am going to call CS tomorrow and see what they say. The outfit is gone from the website and I don't think that the collar part would have been made as a replacement? But who knows?

I had the same problem with the cowrie shells on the choker in Addy's Dance costume. I'm going to try super glue, I think.... [img]graemlins/thinking.gif[/img]

That's a bummer. If you don't feel like sending back in (or they no longer have a replacement), try gluing the stones back in with Aleene's Tacky Glue. It's strong like hot glue, but much easier to work with. (The consistency is like Elmer's, but thicker and stickier.) It cleans up with water, too.

YOu want to invest in some gem tack glue. It is made for gem stone type items.

I used gem tack (similar to Tacky but completly water proof and is super strong. I glued about 2000 stones to my phone about 18 months ago and not a single one has fallen off.
